Billing & credits, explained

  • What is a credit, and what does generating an itinerary cost?
    Credits are spent when the AI generates a new itinerary or makes meaningful edits. Preplanning conversation, suggestion-based edits, and viewing existing trips are free. Costs scale with trip length — a typical 3-day itinerary costs a few credits.
  • What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Max?
    Free includes 20 credits per month and the core feature set. Pro and Max raise the monthly credit allowance, unlock longer trips, and remove rate limits. See the tier cards above for exact monthly and annual pricing.
  • Do credits roll over?
    Monthly tier credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing period. Pay-as-you-go credit pack purchases (Starter Pack, Value Pack) do not expire.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then.
  • Are subscriptions refundable?
    Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Per the Terms of Service, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payments are processed by Stripe. Any major credit or debit card supported by Stripe works.
